Post pregnancy weight gsince and blotchiness
My period came back 6 months pp and since then (now 8 months pp) I feel like I gained a lot of weight..I haven't changed anything else. Does this sounder hormonal, I'm hoping maybe it will drop off naturally once things balance out??? I also just went back on birth control pills a few weeks ago.....Also around 6 months, my face became very blotchy. I think I may have melasma, which I read is also hormonal. Did anyone else get this? Did it fade? Any remedies??? I feel like I am really falling apart this time around!!!!! :/

I would speak to your OB and see if this is possibly pregnancy related.
Could also be stress related, lack of sleep , dehydration....

As far as melasma, use a ton of SPF!
You can go to a dermatologist and request hydroquinone. It is never covered by insurance. At my office we sell it for around $90 for a 3 month supply.

Get rx for Triluma cream. It will fade it immensely. Been using it on and off for years
