post partum weight and jogging stroller
I'm 7 weeks postpartum and still have about 18 lbs to go until my pre-pregnancy weight. Is it realistic to loose about 20 lbs by October? Also, I use to be a runner (not a very good one but just a mile or 2 a day) before my pregnancy. I want to start that again. Is it okay to put such a small infant in the jogging stroller? Also, can you recommend yours? Last question - is there a stroller that can be used as a everyday stroller and a jogging stroller? Right now I have the snap and go and I'm looking to get a stroller.
Thanks!

Re: post partum weight and jogging stroller
I have an uppababy vista, I'm not a jogger, but I have ran down the street with DS in it, just for fun. He says "faster faster" and I do a sprint and it handles really well. Don't have a jogging stroller to compare, but it has nice big wheels.
I lost all my pp weight by 6m, just walking him. I gained it all back in the winter (cause we weren't walking that much)
Anyway, the uppababy vista has a bassinet attachment, before 4m, he as in there, and it was fine.

Re: post partum weight and jogging stroller
If you’re planning to go for regular jogs, it’s best to get baby strollers that are meant for jogging. I have a Valco Runabout Trimode which I bought for a very reasonable price online. It maneuvers well, even through rough spots on the road. It’s sturdy, has storage space and folds to a compact size. It’s a real bargain for the price and it can be used from infancy to toddler stage. Optional items include a car seat adapter.

Although I didn't use it to run, I loved my BOB. It has an adapter for the carseat. Check with your dr though, to make sure the movement is ok for DC's neck. You can put the baby in the stroller directly after 6 months. I used it as an everyday stroller, so it's fine for use when not jogging. It's so easy to manuever! Loved it!

I have the BOB revolution. There is an infant seat attachment that you can buy for it which I am going to start using soon. We used it once but that was just walking in the park.
