POST BF weight issues....
I EBF Ella for 15.5 glorious months.....I LOVED it...wasn't always easy but I did enjoy it!
She is now 19 mths old and since this is new to me (#1 and #2 only went 2 mths tops with BF) I was wondering is there a hormonal/body adjustment time frame where you put on some weight and then lose it again?
I've put on some weight since stopping BF and I am NOT happy about it....I'm the heaviest I've EVER been (when not PG). I can accept myself with a little baby belly....but not this.

BFing burns ALOT of calories and if you did not start eating less when you were done BFing, I would assume you "could" gain weight.

was so hard to take off.

When I stopped BF Savannah suddenly due to her milk allergy I packeddd on the weight in the blink of an eye.

I've been gradually stopping over the past month and I definitely notice the weight starting to come back.  I feel your pain!
