position of baby

any way to tell what position the baby is in without going to the doctor? all the movement lately has been under my ribcage whereas it used to be in my lower abdomen. i wonder if he's breech now...

Here's how I knew I was breech - you can literally feel the head. Like a baseball in your ribcage. And it was painful! All my movement was in my ****** (kicking! Please get your foot off my cervix!) and just a little was on the side of my belly (arms) and that was more swirly moving around movement.

stronger movement is supposedly feet (makes sense) so if you're feeling a lot of movement up top i'd tend to think that means he's NOT breech. I feel most of my movement up top and I have a growth sono tomorrow... so i'll let you know if there's any truth to my theory

good points! it definitely makes sense that i would be feeling feetsies prodding my ribs but he has been non-breech this whole time and the movements are different. maybe its just cuz he's getting bigger that i feel them so much more now.

they definitely get much more intense as the days and weeks go by, even my DH comments on how different the movements feel as opposed to a few weeks ago. and he's not very perceptive in general.
