Pork Chops
I'm defrosting pork chops for dinner tonight and need some ideas for how to cook them. Preferable quick and easy.
I don't normally make them, but they looked so good at Costco and I'm getting tired of chicken.
Thanks.

Re: Pork Chops
I just use Shake & Bake them when I want to make them fast.
Coat with mixture, place on baking sheet, bake in oven for 40-45 mins (depending on the size of the chop) at 400 degrees.
I serve them with applesauce & DH enjoys it. It's 1,2,3 easy.

Re: Pork Chops
sounds good. I may just marinate with some teriyaki sauce for an hour or so and then toss them on the grill. Image Attachment(s):

Re: Pork Chops
Egg them coat in corn flake crumbs put on a generous amount of duck sauce and bake. YUMMY! This can be used on chicken cutlets too.....

Re: Pork Chops
this is probably a little late but the last time I made pork chops I marinated them in ken's steakhouse lite ginger sesame dressing and then grilled them. They came out awesome.
