poll: how long did you stim before trigger
today is cd 9 on gonal. my doctor wants me to go back tomorrow cd10 and possibly trigger tomorrow. follies measure 12-18. i think its to early. anyone trigger on cd 10 with success please share.
or am i responding to quick to meds?

triggering is dependant upon follicle size, so whether it's 5 days or 50 on stims, when it's time it's time! I am triggering tonight after 15 days of stims. Last month is was less. It's different for everyone.

I responded very quickly to Gonal-F this cycle.
I started on CD 4 and triggered on CD 10.
Unfortunately I am 12 DPIUI and tested this morning and got a negative (which beta will confirm later) but some people just respond more quickly than others.
When I triggered, I had 3-5 mature follies.

yes it seems am responding to quick on meds. today cd 9 i have follicels range from 10-18mm. so i might trigger tomorrow. in the past i triggered on cd 12. oh well like you said sometimes we respond faster than we want to,

every cycle is different too even with the same meds. there is no stimming "too quick." some cycles will be quick, others wont be.
however i wouldnt expect 12mm follies to be mature upon trigger. you can technically count follies that are 16+ at trigger as "possible eggs," however i found from my own experience that i didn't really have a chance unless my largest follies were around 20mm at trigger.

This was my first time on Gonal and it went super quick! I trigger tonight and its only CD9..I have never triggered that quickly
