Plus white 5 minute bleach
Have any of you used this bleaching system? I just started it tonight, and the reviews I found online are definitely mostly positive, but I just wanted first hand experience from you girls. I've done Crest White Strips, and they worked, but this was only $7.50 for the gel and I already had custom teeth molds from a few years ago so I used those. So far so good. I obviously don't see much of a difference after one application, but my teeth/gums don't hurt or have any sensitivity.

I've used it before - no problems, no sensitivity, works like WHOA! The only reason I switched to Crest whitestrips is the fact that it was messy (it used to just be a tube and you had to walk around with weird duck lips until you were done). Now that I see it comes with trays I'll be switching back!

I have been using it this summer and it made a huge difference! And I don't even have the trays. I just go with the directions on the tube: apply on teeth with Q-tip and then rinse off in 5 minutes.
My gums and teeth did get a little more sensitive so I stopped for a while and all went back to normal. I think just as long as you don't over do it it will be fine!
