I live in Levittown and have used one that a family friend recommended. He has had to fix a few toilets/sinks over the years. I trust him and he is very reasonable. His contact info is Peter 917-902-9979 not sure if he goes to Smithtown, but it is worth finding out.

Heller Plumbing is really good. They are located in Amityville - very reliable. Good work! I have used them twice.
