plse recomend a co-op development/suffolk
we are looking around holtsville, selden,coram area. i know there a few developments in these areas. can you recomend any & why or any you recommned to stay away from and why?

My sister just moved into Stony Hollow in Port Jeff Station and LOVES it. She had looked too at a lot of them in Selden etc. She happened to get a unit that was already updated so it's gorgeous but she said everyone is super friendly, the grounds are kept very well and all of the maintenence people/board people etc. are very nice and helpful. HTH

I also know a few people that have lived in Stony Hollow. My Moms friend had a ground floor two bedroom that was HUGE & she had a private little patio.
I know the area isn't on your list but there is a community in Oakdale called Birchwood(I think) that a few of my son's friends lived in, those units were really nice too.
