Please Touch Museum
I just wanted to share a fantastic museum. I recall reading about it on here a few years ago, and said one day I wanted to take my kids there. It was everything a perfect kids museum could be and more. It is located in Phili so for most of you I guess it would be part of a larger trip but it really should not be missed.
My kids are 5 and 3 and the perfect ages for the museum.
It had:
Ducks that you could create boats for and use machines to propel them in the water (they have waterproof smocks for the kids, and hand driers right next to the exhibit).
The three little bears house.
An interactive music jungle where you push and pull things to make music.
An excavator the kids can move.
All of the following can be sat inside of: school bus, trolley, car, monorail/jet, minivan.
They have machines that push air for balls to float, many levers/cranks and things happen when you push or pull or turn them.
A carousel.
Alice in Wonderland (where you can paint the roses red, play croquet with flamingos, open and close doors, mirrors that shrink/expand you, and a maze. Areas for children under 3 with boats that go up and down and musical instruments.
A train area.
And interactive supermarket, house, Mc Donalds, shoe store, tv area with cameras, and a construction site.
It was a fantastic museum and I cannot recommend it enough.

LOOOOOOOVED the Please Touch Museum. My DD had the BEST time ever!! It was so worth the trip!!............can't wait to go back!!

i live right near there and we took DS this past dec at just over 3 yrs old. It was such an awesome time!
I have xtra carosel tix that I saved b/c we are soo going back soon. I got a living social deal so i've been trying to keep my eyes out for another deal like that.
It really is a wonderful museum for little people
