please tell me how long...
it took you to get your furniture? I have been waiting for BBB coupons, and Im due on 11/23. I havent ordered ANYTHING yet...will i have any furniture?

From JC Penney I got everything within 3 weeks including a piece that was backordered and a replacement piece for a damaged item. I think they are the exception to the rule though.

You can use coupons from BBR at BBB.That is what we did, I got one that gave me 15% off a furniture piece BBB told me 8-16 weeks!

We ordered from Land Of Nod in late July and are still waiting. I called and they said that one (small) piece is holding up the order and they expect it in by late September. Since I'm not due until late November I didn't push it but they sounded like they would be able to do something for us if we needed the furniture sooner.

I ordered my furniture through Direct Buy (my friend has a membership) and they told me 8-10 weeks but it arrived in less than 4 weeks. I had everything by the time I was around 30 weeks along. They were VERY quick though and I don't think that's typical. To be on the safe side I would say to order the furniture as soon as you decide what you want to make sure you get it well before the baby comes. (in case there are any delays or problems) Good luck!!

I ordered from BBB. They said 8-12 weeks and it was in in 5 or 6. I'd totally wait for the coupons.
ETS: Do you know what you are ordering? Some stuff is not special order and comes in much sooner or is even in stock. My Bonavita set was only special order because of the finish I chose. They had white and chestnut in stock. You should go at least choose what you want so you have a better idea.

we got our crib and changing table from walmart (babymod line). it took about 3-4 weeks for it to be shipped to the store for pick-up.
