Please Support the Compassionate Freedom of Choice Act, HR 6342
Hi everyone-
My mom has stage IV lung cancer (never smoked) but over the past 1.5 years has been doing pretty well as she has been accepted into a clinical trial at Yale University Hopsital and so far has been responding well to an experimental drug.
However, she has terrible anxiety about the drug not working anymore and will she be able to get into another clinical trial? Chemo is not supposed to do well with her kind of cancer.
This past Aug, a bill was introduced into Congress that states terminally ill patients have access to experimental drugs that don't yet have final FDA approval.

cancer can't spread in a alkaline enviroment
get the book crazy sexy cancer
I will sign b/c chemo - doesn't cure cancer- it kills all the cells and their are many BETTER - but unpatentable treatments available but b/c of big Pharma they are not readily available
it makes me sick
