Please send me some house dust
So we found our "Almost Dream House" meaning it is above perfect for now but obviously not a $800,000 mansion lol
Its a house we never thought we would even be able to touch, but it is listed at such a reasonable price.
We put our offer in this morning, a very strong offer, about $5,000 less than asking price.
The house has been on the market for 1 week and they already had 1 offer and yesterday was an open house that was packed.
My dh is a realtor and he is calling the selling agent today to disclose that we want the house and that my dh is the realtor plus owns his own mortgage company and will be handeling all of that. We are pre approved and putting down 20%
We are willing to go above asking price for this house if necessary.
I am so scared but dh is confident. Any hopes and wishes would be so appreciated right now.
