Because we have a two family with my in law's i want to get a monitor that I can rely on that isnt going to break the bank lol

My sister has the portable one with the screen, It was really usfull, she would just bring it to the other room when the baby was sleeping. Not sure of the brand.

We also have a two family house that we own and have a tenant upstairs! The people that live next door to us also have a 6 month old with a monitor. I've heard several people say to make sure you get a monitor that won't interfere with other frequencies. Has anyone heard about this? It's kind of freaking me out a bit, knowing that, possibly, our next door neighbors would hear what is going on in our house, and vice versa. I don't care how much a great monitor costs, I want one that this won't happen with.

My friend got one and told me the other day she was watching the monitor and a face appeared and it wasnt her baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It scared her so much!
