yup! we have it and really like it! DS is almost 2.5... he has short legs so can't really do the pedals yet... but its great for walks around the neighborhood. I can push him, but he likes it a lot better than the stroller because he can see around more, or get on and off easily to check out bugs or rocks or whatever else he sees LOL then he puts them in the little box thing on the back of the trike

Radio Flyer Girl's Steer & Stroll Trike - Pink
She isn't pedaling by herself but she likes her trike. She turned 2 in February. She reaches the pedals but doesn't get the concept totally. The only issue is that when she is riding sometimes she starts steering and it is difficult for me to push it....she changes direction. The little basket in the back is her favorite part - she collects stuff in the park and puts it in the basket.

dd has the radio flyer one without the handle but before she knew how to ride it I would have loved to have the handle.
