Please help with gift for mom

This is my mom's first grandchild and she is doing a tremendous amount of work for my shower. I'd like to get her something special. I'll take any suggestions but I was thinking jewelry. Any pieces or pendents that you suggest?

Yes!! you can get her the grandbaby charm to where on a necklace or bracelet.. not sure if your having a boy or girl but if you know you can get her that .. also anything pandora is nice:) sometimes they have a grandma charm as well

I agree with the PP. You can look on etsy too. They have some great stuff for Grandma's on there and some things you wouldn't think of to get.

I love the idea of a grandma pin where you can add charms with all the grandchildren. My mom has one of those. We also got her the cutest little statue from Bears in Chairs -- We ordered the biggest couch. I have 3 siblings, so we figured if each of us has 2 kids, there will be 8 grandkids on the big couch! Currently it has my parents on it and 2 little bears (my 2 nephews). I am ordering another little bear so my LO can be added. I'm also planning on getting a little loveseat for me & DH and a loveseat for MIL & FIL since DH only has one sister and she's up in the air about kids!
