i have a silly question....when you have a miscarriage is it painful right away? I thought I was pregnant about 2 months ago i had every possible sign but the tests all came back negative i have NEVER missed a period in my life so when i missed two i was concerned. Well when i finally did get my period it was EXTREMELY heavy and a bit more painful than normal my question is i had my period 2x since but the past 3 days i have had cramps but diff than period cramps but kinda similiar tonight i can not sleep cause i have such bad pain ...someone said this could be the "baby passing" is this possible?? sorry its so long!

Re: please help
I have no idea.
I had pregnancy loss at 10 weeks and 3 weeks later still had no bleeding or symptoms. I had a d&c then. I suppose it is possible.
Did you test during the months missed your second period?
I would check with ob, explain situation and concern. He may say not to worry or he may have your blood tested for hcg levels and check your uterus. If the baby did not pass completely, your hcg levels may be slightly elevated or he may spot something in the uterus. It is very important to get checked if that is a possibility. Good luck

If I recall, you had a blood test done to determine pregnancy and it came back negative. There is no way a blood test could give a false negative after 2 missed periods. Also, if you've gotten your period 2x since then without any other symptoms, I truly doubt you were ever pregnant- it doesn't take 2 months for a m/c to happen. Were these past 2 periods regular?
It seems from your past posts that you desperately want to be pg. Rather than focusing on symptoms of pg, you really should make an appointment with your OB regarding WHY you missed your period for two months as well as why your cycle may be irregular. Perhaps start charting your cycles- it helped me to understand the changes my body goes through throughout the month and to optimize my chances of getting pg.
"Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler is an AWESOME book with tons of really useful info.
Good luck to you
