Please don't think I'm stupid
Every time I try to upload a new cover letter to OLAS it say that my cover letter needs and extension..What does this mean? Is it too early in the morning for me to think? It's probably something obvious that I'm overlooking.

Could it mean a file extension?
like .pdf or .wpd

It's really weird..I uploaded my new resume with no problem. Then I went to upload my new/updated cover letter and it keeps saying that I need an extension. I can't figure it out! I'm going to go try again.

Thanks Kara! For some reason my file didn't say .doc so I had to save it again with that. It works now!
