Please congratulate me! I got an offer!
Mind you I got a unofficial offer on my house but I am super excited none the less.
After two weeks of keeping this house clean and immaculate with some showings and no bites, I was starting to think my house sucks. What a downer!
These people offered $30K below what I am asking and cannot go higher (preapproval). I can't accept the offer even if it was official but nice to know there is people who want it.
Now...off to cleaning the house again for showings tomorrow. A little hope=new energy to clean the house again....

Maybe they will be able to offer a little more in a few months if the house is still available...you never know!

BUY that statue of Joseph. The weekend I buried it, I got an offer that we accepted.
Now I have to remember to take it with me.
