Play Ideas- 7 month old.

Any ideas for things to do with a 7 month old (who is not yet crawling)...

I'm getting bored of all of the things we are already doing together which include looking in the mirror, playing with hand toys, using the floor mat, using the swing, using the bouncer, reading books, singing songs, cuddling, shaking rattles, doing row row your boat (sitting up/laying down)... etc!!

Any new games or ideas would be appreciated.

Do you have an exersaucer? DD loved it until she outgrew it.

DD loved the music table without the legs at that age. We have the FP Fun with friends one. Do you have an excersaucer or jumperoo?

I get a lot of my ideas from the programs we do at the library. A scarf for peekaboo or just to shake above them. Maracas are fun and they have them in the dollar section at target. We do wheels on the bus and I do motions with her legs when she's laying down to match some of the versus. Bubbles now that it's nice out, the gymboree ones are great and the blower makes it easy. Eating puffs or cheerios is always a fun activity too, lol!

Just relax. I held my babies and took them places I wanted to go at that age. Spoke to them and read lots of books. Day to day life is stimulating at that age... They start noticing their surroundings.

Exersaucer, jumperoo, I got in 2 walks this week when it was sunny and a bit warmer... FIL got him a fish which he liked watching lol, books
