Plastic Alternatives
One of my resolutions this year is to minimize the amount of plastic I use.
I have replaced almost all of my tupperware type containers with glass with BPA free plastic lids.
Question now is serving spoons/spatulas, etc. What is a good material to get that will stand up to the heat of the stove/oven?
Nylon or Silicon or something else?
I am looking for non-toxic.
Any ideas?

I would check out target. They usually have at least one line of eco-friendly utensils. Those tend to be non toxic as well.
