Does anyone know a contractor or plaster specialist who can replaster a ceiling?

We have an older 1938 tudor house with an original plaster ceiling. There is some water damage that needs to be repaired

Our regular contractor told us we need to find someone who specializes in plaster work as not anyone can do this right
