Planetarium
Rj is learning about the solar system at school this month, and is super excited...
DH and I want to take him to the planetarium and get him started on this learnign adventure...
I was thinking the Vanderbilt Museum... anyone know anything about the shows????
Any other planetariums you would rec'd???

I took Nicholas there a few years ago and didn't really care for it. It was dirty and run down. The Rose Center at the Museum of Natural History in the city is GREAT, but if your child talks..ohhhs..or ahhhs, they make you leave.

My son just went to the vanderbilt with his pre-k class and my dh. He loved it.

Vanderbilt Planetarium schedule
Make sure you call as they are limiting shows because of budget restraints.
We had Joseph's party there a few years ago. I think it's perfectly fine. Yes it is run down. It's an old, historical place.
It's also perfect for photos
