Places to go/Things to do-- Suffolk County??
My IL's are coming over yet again and DH & I would prefer to have places to go/things to do with them rather than just sitting around our living room like usual. Since they come so #@%!^ often I feel like we have already done all the major places (riverhead outlets, riverhead aquarium, lake grove mall, holtsville ecology center, smith point beach, smith point marina, walks around our neighborhood, etc.) So, any other interesting places we could go? IL's aren't in very good shape and don't do a lot of walking so it has to be someplace we can drive and then kind of mingle at, which is why many parks are no good for us.

Garden of Eve is very nice too. They have a place for the kids to play and a place to sit. There is also Harbes.

The North Fork has a ton to do (wineries with space to have picnic lunches, Greenport, etc.). I agree with a PP that said Harbes. We went there on Mother's Day, DS was 21 months at the time and had a blast.
