Place for lunch near Vanderbilt Mansion?
We're taking the kids to the planetarium Sunday... not being from around there we don't know a good restaurant to take the kids for lunch ... any suggestions?

This is in Centerport right?
You could always head into Huntington village after. Tons of restaurants (not sure which are kid friendly though), There's also Northport Village (Shipwreck Diner, Skippers, etc..I think are kid friendly) or right on 25A in Northport is a Ground Round.

There's the Shack in Centerport (on 25A), but it will probably be too chilly or possibly raining (it's outdoors, but great for kids.)
In Huntington Village:
*Munday's (on Main St., just east of NY Ave.)
*Meehan's (on NY Ave., south of Main St.)
*Canterbury Ales (on NY Ave., north of Main St.)
there's no shortage of pizza places in the village.

Viva Juan's, it's just west of the planetarium on 25A. it's mexican food & on the water.
