PIS vs. PISA
Is the extra money really worth it? What is the difference? I have been using a hospital grade pump (Medela Classic) and I don't think it has the two different phases of pumping. It's the same all the time (I think). If I've been pumping this way all along, shouldn't that be good enough to continue with, and to save $$ by getting the original PIS?
Has anybody tried both and found a real difference with the Advanced?
