 the website says free returns with in 45 days - in the same condition
that sounds pretty good to me....

Their return policy used to be 90 days for returns.
In July before we left for our vacation I ordered shoes for DD in two sizes since I did not know which size she would be. I didn't have a chance to ship them ones that were too small back before we left.
Well, I thought I had 90 days and they changed it recently and now you only have 45 days.
The thing is that it is not listed on the back of the packing slip. We were away for 6 weeks so when we came back and I finally sent them back, they returned them to me.
When I called the rep told me that their is nothing that they can do.
I argued that their return policy is not listed on the back of the packing slip therefore they should accept the return considering I was under the impression that I had 90 days.
I have been waiting for a supervisor to call me back.
We are taking 5 pairs of shoes here. They were around $40 each. If they won't accept them back I guess I'll have to try and sell them on ebay.com
I'm just going to use zappos.com or endless.com for now.

If the return policy was 90 days when you bought them, they should honor that.
Call back and speak to a supervisor. Don't wait for them to call you back.
