Pio or Prog in Mid-Late Pregnancy
If you had to be put on pio shots or prog supps during mid- late pregnancy, what was the reasoning for it? Was your progesterone still low ? TIA

I haven't, but I've seen it on other boards being used in cases of pre-term labor

Agree with this. I dont know if this is for PIO shots only though. And suppositories are for low progesterone levels.

I'm not sure if its the same thing you are referring to but I have been receiving weekly progesterone injections (17p) since 16 weeks. I will receive them until 37 weeks or until I deliver, whichever comes first. It is to prevent preterm labor.
