PIO!!!!!
So... Dh and I watched all the videos, got all the tips!
AND IT WAS SOOOOO EASY!!!
I was sitting in a doggy style position saying... Is it in yet??? Is it in???  He was laughing b/c it sounded a little perverted... but it WAS IN! and it was totally fine! I didn't feel a thing!
So... my tips... I put the heating pad on for about 10 mins, and took out the medicine, but it in the shot thing... and put it in between the heating pad for about 5 mins, while I iced my booty... (on the circle area) Then he counted... 3- 2- 1 and it was in! and I didn't feel it... then he massaged it around and I put the heating pad on for about 30 mins! PRESTO!
No Pain!

Wow all that?? I just jam it in!! Who ever is in the house at the moment does it for me.. My cleaning lady did it 2x already!!! Your going to do that every night???

HAHAHAH LOL!!! I most likely WON'T do this everynight... I think I was just SOOOOO Fearful of this stupid thing that is why I went through every tip that I read online and that I cleared with the DR's...
Hey, if I have the time... I def will though!!!!
Thats hysterical about the cleaning lady!

There's been a few times where I did the old point and shoot method, since noone was around to do it for me.

So wait, question for you ladies that have done it yourself. Do you stick it in and pull out the plunger a little to make sure no blood? or do you just stick it in the right place and hope for the best? B/C that is the one thing stopping me from trying it (sorry to barge on this post).

I did pull out the plunger a bit, but I know alot of ladies that dont.
