sounds like round ligament pain to me. i would usually describe it as that pinching pain you sometimes get in your side from running.

It could just be your growing belly or ligaments.
I am 15 weeks along and am getting a weird pain on my right side too. It's like a sharp stabbing pain that only lasts a minute but it's still annoying.
