pincer grasp
when did db develop a "true" pincer grasp? DD is 9.5 months, she can self feed, but uses her thumb and the side of her index finger, not the tip.

Re: pincer grasp
I dont know if this helps but DS just had his 9 month appointment and the ped asked me if he was using a pincer grasp. I told her Yes but he hadnt perfected it yet. She said she didnt expect him to have.

Re: pincer grasp
DS had it early, at around 6 1/2-7 months, but most kids dont perfect it till b/t 9-12 months
