pimplish lump on my nipple/breast...
I have a lump where my aerola and skin meet... it has 3 whitish pimply things in it and the skin is a little red and warm...
It hurts to touch/pump...
DS latch is all messed up due to nipple confusion- so Im not sure if its something he did, something the pump did, or if its something else
Could it be a clogged duct? Infection??

Sounds to me like a clogged duct. Try your best to keep nursing/pumping and it should resolve on its own. Does it hurt when you pump? I had a clogged duct once, and the best way I can describe the feeling is like a needle piercing the skin on the side where it was. It was gone within a day or two.

Very painful to nurse or pump on that breast...
The whole nipple is BRIGHT pink and raw... but where this redness is, hurts to even wear a shirt...

When you nurse or pump, where does it hurt the most? You mentioned the nipple is bright pink and raw...but that's not where the lump is, right?
You may want to give the Dr. a call tomorrow and have it looked at...just to make sure it isn't mastitis.

The redness is on my breast right above the aerola...
I have also noticed the baby doesnt want to nurse from that side and that when I pump I am not getting as much milk...
When using the pump, it hurts the most around the outside of the aerola...
ETA- I wasnt feeling well the past 2 days but today I feel better...could it still be mastitis- I am clueless on the fever thing- since all we have is a rectal

Re: pimplish lump on my nipple/breast...
Call your Dr. before it gets worse.
I had a 101.4 fever on Thursday and I ended up having the early stages of a breast infection. Was able to kick the fever without antibiotic. The dr. told me to apply heat prior to pumping one breast at a time (no double pumping). Then I was to massage each breast while pumping and if I wanted to massage with the warm compress. Then ice when done. I had to do this aroundthe clock every 2-3 hours.
