What type of pillow does your DC use? Is it flat, firm, extra firm, etc. My DS is 6 and had a stiff neck a couple of times (once in school) and was stretching the other day so his teacher suggested to him he get a new pillow. So now he wants a new pillow.

I am just curious - right now he's on a firm pillow that's pretty flat. And he constantly moves around all night so if he uses it for a total of an hour - that may be it.
