Picture People in Roosevelt Field

I made an appointment for tomorrow at 10...which is the time the mall opens. I know you are supposed to arrive early but how can you if the mall isn't actually open earlier?
Of course I tried to call but no one answers the phone.
Just curious if anyone here knew :)

The doors to get into the mall open earlier, but the stores don't open their doors till 10. So you can get into the building earlier if u need to.
