PHysical Therapists

Question for the physical therapists out there. Where do you search for job openings? I would imagine not Craigslist. I am checking Indeed, and some leads from there... I would reach out to the universities, however we need a seasoned veteran, not a new graduate. We need someone who can set the physical therapy office up from the ground. Thanks for any suggestions!

Don't be so quick to rule out a new grad. Some may be on 2nd career or have been in the field for awhile as a PT assistant.

I don't disagree, and if we were an established PT practice, I would have NO problem hiring a new grad. It's because we are starting from scratch here for the PT department, we really need someone who is experienced, and really knows the ins and outs of running a PT practice. You make a valid point though, I will present it to the doctor and see if he would be willing to meet with a stellar new grad.
