Physical activity post transfer
Besides sex, were you told to limit yourself in anyway, ph ysically? I was not told a thing. I'm off from work today b/c I was expecting to feel tired..."different", but of course, I feel like myself so I am doing my normal house cleaning etc... I'm I not supposed to be doing stuff like that or should I just plop myself on the couch and watch t.v.?

Re: Physical activity post transfer
I was told that I really didn't have to go on "bedrest."
I did plop on the couch and watch TV for the day. The next day, I was pretty much inactive (did go to the dentist, though).

Re: Physical activity post transfer
I asked my Dr this question just this morning!
She said ER and ET day, total rest. Other than that, go for it, just keep heavy lifting to a minimum. Only restriction.
