Hey everyone! I just wanted to share this class with everyone here. I had my first one this past Saturday and it was great. It's 9 2 hour sessions. Most classes meet once a week, but they do have some where you meet twice a week. The 9 week course is $329 and at the end you have an exhibit with all your work from class.

It's all the basics of how to use your SLR camera. The first class we learned how to read everything on the screen, how to change the aperture, ISO, and shutter speed. We also learned why we should change those manually and how to read the light meter. But my favorite thing we learned was that I don't need my glasses when using this camera!!! There is a little wheel on the side called the diopter which adjusts the screen to your eyesight. That right there got me my money's worth! Chat Icon

But honestly, it's really interesting, the teacher was really funny and explained things very well. I learned a lot and I'm actually looking forward to doing my HW! lol!
