Photographer recommendations
My daughter is eight weeks old. I didn't even think to get newborn photos for her and now I am really sad I didn't so now I am thinking it would be nice to get professional pictures done in the next month or so. Does anybody have a recommendation for a good photographer? I would prefer to spend less than $500 and I would like to get a disk of high res files although that isn't an absolute necessity. Thanks in advance!

I have used Leslie Simmons Photography, Mattson Photographers, Christine Melissa Photography and AvaJack Photography. They are all fantastic!

I recommend Kelly from All Seasons Photography. I used her for my newborn shoot and my DH and I loved her photos. She provided us with a cd with all the photos unedited and even edited a few of her favorites. She is very affordable and will work with you on what you want. She is definitely under the price you posted.
You can check out her facebook page and it's my daughter as her photo on the main page.
She took photos of my daughter as well as some family shots (waist up at my request) and some candids with my dog and daughter. I shared with her that I love the color lilac and butterflies, so she incorporated this into the shoot.
Here are some shots from the photo shoot. If you have any questions, feel free to FM me.
Another note: she travelled to me for the photoshoot.

ITA...Carissa is great to work with....my kids LOVE her and she ALWAYS gets such good pics if them.
