Photo Wizards...can someone help me?

I did not order enough holiday cards, but I do have the picture that I'd like to print using a border to send to those we forgot.

Where can I find border templates?

How do I actually create the pic w/ the border so that I can print it up here?

I have Picasa, Photoshop Elements (which I still don't know how to use) and the HP PhotoSmart that came with my camera

Are you planning to print them out from your home printer?

I'm not sure where you can find border templates but you can probably create your own in Elements with pieces of things you find online. Maybe make a solid green or red background and then add things like snowflakes or ornaments around the edges.

I'm not that familiar with PS Elements so I'm not sure what your limitations are in that application.
