Phenigren? Anyone take it?
As I posted on Saturday, my insurance won't cover my Zofran for a couple more days. My doctor couldn't get them to speed it up and I have been horrendusly sick for the past three days so she prescribed me phenigran and I can only take it at night and I have to take a B6 vitamin with it 2x per day.
Any experiences?
On a good note, DH finally got to see the baby at a sonogram! We had our ultrascreen today and we saw the baby! It was so cool to see he or she moving around in there and the tech said "there are the legs" and the baby wiggled the legs!!
So, what is the myth about sex and the heartrate? The heartrate was 146

I took this with my first and it was ok. Made me very sleepy. With number 2 it did not help me at all, nor did zofran so.... everyone is different.
most dr.'s will give you this first prior to starting off with Zofran. My dr. said along with my high risk dr.'s saisd they all start with Phenigren, then Reglan then Zofran.

Interesting. My doctor didn't want to give it to me because she said it would make me tired and it would be hard to fuction.

I took the Phenigren when I had the flu in my first pregnancy...knocked me out cold...but I wasn't vomiting. The heartrate thing is usually 140+ for a girl and below that a boy. My daughter was always really high...thus it proved true for her...I wouldn't base it off of ONE heartrate tracking...but if consistently the heartrate is about the same/higher, I think it has a higher chance of being true.
