PG/ high fluid and freaking out!

hope you don't mind me popping in from the pg board but i'm freaking out!

i had a sono (i'm 35 weeks) and they said that i had a high fluid level (i didn't get the #'s.) they also said he's almost 6 pounds, in the 65 percentile, and so far his head is measuring big (almost 39 weeks!)

they sent me to get my 3 hour glucous test yest. to check for gest. diabetes and now i have to wait till at least tuesday to get the results. i also heard high fluid levels can mean a whole bunch of other bad things.

did anyone here have high fluid levels? what did that mean for your pg? did you have gd? was the baby ok?

My fluids were high and I ended up having GD.

I have that now ( Im 31 weeks PG)...and They scared me with all the high fluid talk too....Its scary things, but it RARELY happens!! Remember that.

I dont have GD....But I now go for bio phsyicals on the baby every week to check everything b/c of the fluid and his head measuring big.

Its scary the things they tell you, but It can happen for "no reason"...Im trying to believe that while the rule other stuff out.

I have been asking around and found SOOO many mommies having similair situations and being fine.

MrsJ is one. Her daughter is perfect and she was measuring big in the head and had high fluid.
