pet peeve of the day!

people who keep their car's blinkers on... when they are not turning or changing lanes!!

here i am, trying to be nice, slowing down so you can change lanes, or whatever... and nothing! you just sit there in your same stupid lane, not moving. do you not see the flashing light on your dashboard? do you not heard that annoying clicking sound?

argh!!

and the worst - today i actually saw three - three!! - people with their left blinkers on, in the middle lane, driving along, not changing lanes at all.

um, do you NOT pay attention at all?

the first thing i do when i see someone driving like that is make sure i'm not doing the same thing!

Can I add to this???

I have a realitively great location for my cube at work, HOWEVER.... the two guys that sit on either side of me ALWAYS take conference calls on speaker phone with the volume loud when they happen to be in the office. We all have wireless headsets (which I always use whenever I'm on a conference call)....why is there no courtesy for the person working next to you?

Then there's the guy that sits in front of me, who taps drums his fingers on his desk the entire day, and paces back and forth by my desk when he's on a conference call (at least he uses his headset!)

My DH does that and it DRIVES ME NUTS!!! I sit there and STARE at his blinker waiting for him to shut it off. He once had the nerve to ask me why I cared.
