personal question
did anyone ever test as a carrier when getting the genetic tests, then have your husband tested and he is not a carrier?
for which disease?

Re: personal question
My friend is a carrier for Cystic Fibrosis, but they chose to not have her husband tested since they were going to keep the baby no matter what. Both of her first DD's are completely healthy, and she is currently PG with her 3rd, and again they declined to have her DH screened, because the first 2 were healthy and they will keep this baby no matter what.

Re: personal question
I tested positive for CF and DH was negative. Actually, my co-worker was also positive for CF and her DH was negative as well.
