Perm Makeup Rec's
My Mom wants to get her eyebrows tattoed. She has been filling in her eyebrows since she was a teenager and finally wants to do it. Anyone have any recs? TIA!

Have you tried calling tattoo shops to see if they a. do it themselves, or b. can recommend someone who does?
I know that Lark Tattoo in Westbury is connected with a beauty salon nearby where they do laser tattoo removal treatments, maybe they do this a well. You could try calling them?
I don't know that i would trust anyone who wasn't a licensed tattoo artist to do this (like if you hear of someone in a salon who says they do it)
