Perfect Timing! - Update: IT'S FIXED!
I'm working my butt off today starting to prepare Christmas dinner for tomorrow. I have all my good dishes cleaning in the dish washer. I look down and there is water ALL over the floor!
The dishwasher is leaking!  Now tomorrow after dinner, instead of loading the washer and relaxing with my family, I will be scrubbing dishes! 
I call DH - he says "That's good" because he wants them to install a new washer (we live in an apt). Good for him because we all know he won't be the one washing dishes by hand.
Update: I called maintenance and left a message figuring that they were off today. But I got a knock on my door and the guy fixed it. Hopefully it works tomorrow!

Maybe go to the party store and get nice disposable plates??? That stinks you will be washing dishes.

This is my first married Christmas, and I haven't gotten to use my good dishes yet, or else I probably would do that.

I still would have to get nice disposibles & save the china for when the dishwasher were working. Would rather spend time with family!

Glad to head that it is fixed. My wife does most of the cooking and I do all the dishes. I wish I could tell her no. How do I go about it? LOL.
