Yes.
Some people say to refrain from eating cured meats during pregnancy because of the nitrates, but a couple of slices of pepperoni will not harm you or the baby...
I CRAVED pepperoni throughout my entire pregnancy and gave in every time...

My OB said as long as it was cooked it was okay -so on pizza it should be fine!
