Penn station / timing
We have tickets for the 11:30 Christmas spectacular on Sunday. Is arriving at penn at 10:15 enough time? We will be cabbing it. I know my way around Penn very well (and the city, so I’d be able to use common sense at any point if it seems quicker to jump out of the cab and walk, should the area be gridlocked)... tia for your opinion!
