pelvis pain
Anyone have tons of pelvis pain near the end
i am 34 weeks tommorow with twins and all of sudden it has gotten very painful to get up from laying down and walk

I do! It hurts to get that first step going. my lower back/pelvis are killing me!

Yes. I had it all through my 3rd trimester with #1 and now I'm starting to feel it already with #2 at 21 wks.
It starts as feeling like I've been horseback riding for days. Eventually it hurt to do everything- sit down, get up, lay on my side...it sucked.
If it gets really bad you may have SPD

Last time my OB referred me to a physical therapist but I never went
