If your feet aren't cold, yes. It is officially spring, I don't think they'd look out of season.
I am still wearing tights with my skirts & dresses though, so I wouldn't wear them, but with pants I would if I wasn't going to be outside much.

Of course you can. These rules are stupid. 
ETA: Just don't wear them with stockings or tights.

Peep toe shoes......
I wear them all winter. As long as it isnt wet outside and on those days I change shoes in the office.
