Pedicure + Uggs = help!!
I want to get a pedi during lunch today but I'm wearing my Ugg Cardys.
I ate already, so I have the full hour.
Would you go? If I stay under the dryer for a long time do you think the polish will set enough?

THis is why I keep flip-flops in my car at all times... emergency pedicures!
If you want to buy their cheap flip-flops (most pedicure places sell them) then go get a pedi! This way you can keep the pair in your car or at your desk at all times just in case.

most places wrap your toes in plastic wrap to keep the polish safe. i think you should be alright if you dry them for a while and then have them put the plastic on.

Thanks ladies!
No plastic, but they did put cheap foam flip-flops on my feet (free) and I wore those back to work with the air going in my car, then I put my Cardys back on.
Erica, I went to Floris in East Meadow - have you been there? Next to Texas Roadhouse?

I did this the two weeks ago when I got my pedi/mani and I got black polish I did the pedi first and dried while doing mani then dried the feet some more while drying hands and put back on my Uggs polish was just fine

I really liked it! It's very big and nice looking inside, and the guy who did my pedi did a very nice job. A little more than I'm used to paying ($20 for a pedi) but worth it for the atmosphere and they are so nice and welcoming to you.
The only thing I didn't love was that they kept asking me if I wanted "extra" services (like a hot stone pedi instead of a regular one). They weren't super pushy... but they did as more than once (offering different services).
